Millet and Teff with Squash and Onions

  1. Measure 1 cup of millet.
  2. Rinse millet until water is clear.
  3. Put in a large pot.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of teff grain
    pinch of sea salt
    1 sliced onion
    1 butternut squash cut into bite sized or larger chunks
    (cut the skin of the squash off too)
    4 1/2 cups of water
  5. Stir and gently mix up the ingredients.
  6. Simmer 20 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
