Dessert Pie Crust
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Wihout sifting, combine:
2 cups teff flour
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup unrefined corn oil or canola oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt - Without rolling or refrigerating, press dough with your fingers into a pie plate.
- Bake for 10 minutes, add filling.
