Dessert Pie Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Wihout sifting, combine:
    2 cups teff flour
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1/2 cup unrefined corn oil or canola oil
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
  3. Without rolling or refrigerating, press dough with your fingers into a pie plate.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, add filling.
